I exfoliate and I use a cream called vanish from the brand skin again and it's made a huge difference! It's expensive so I would try other things first because you never know what will work for you. Before buying vanish I tried vitamin e oil, various vitamin e creams, bio oil, and mederma scar gel, hope this helps xoxo.
