White spots on my back!

Hello girls, I have a problem. I seem to have white spots all over my back! any remedies?

These are normally called white heads and there are many products to treat them in shops. Everyone is different so I would just try a few first or if your really worried about them think about seeing a dermatologist and they should find the right product to suite your skin type. Also, I have heard that gels (olay does a great one) and cleansers (cetaphil does a really good one aswell) will reduce those spots quickly!! Hope I helped :)
