I love clothes like tight fitting crop tops with high waisted skirts and different types of leggings with sweaters. I also love combat boots and those cute high heels that are in right now and the material is kinda different and velvety and they have laces sometimes, but I don't want the heels to be too tall.
I just like clothes like Kendall & Kylie wear, but I don't know where to buy clothes like this where tops are $15 or under, skirts $20 and under, leggings $15 and under, sweaters $25 and under. Shoes $30 and under. Price exceptions for EXTREMELY cute stuff.

Go to forever 21 , H&M , tj maxx they have affordable clothes and it's really cute and also for what you looking for.

Go to forever 21. Or also PAC sun. But PAC sun is a lil' on the pricey side but they have lots of sales. Um h&m is more of a older women's store. (Not really my style)

Brandy melville!! Check out their website, they has a ton of ADORABLE crop tops! Most are one size only but there is a size chart so check it out.. Also Ardene always has 2/15 sales or 2/30 and has lots of cute leggins and shoes.. Try target and forever 21 also.

Going by the dollar signs I'm assuming your from the states so I'm not sure if you'll get this site or not but worth a check! its called missguided, their clothibg style is exactly what you described and their clothing is very inexpensive
