My hair refuses to grow!! I straighten it once or twice a week, and I always use heat protection. It feels really dry all the time as well. I have shoulder length hair right now, it's pretty thick.. I want long hair!!

I don't think any products will actually make your hair grow, however there are a few tricks you can do to make hair appear longer, extensions is one and in the video section if the app there is a video with a girl doing a pony with another on below and pinning the hair as to appear longer while tied up

Weekly, before shower, put olive oil all over your hair generously. Leave it in for 15 min, and get in shower to wash it all off and leave conditioner in 3 min. No longer. Conditioner should not be left in your hair either. When your hair is damp and not soaking wet, apply peppermint oil to your scalp and massage it in. This will stimulate blood flow to scalp to help hair growth. The llive oil has natural protiens called Keratin, which is what your hair is made of. I used to have fried damaged dry hair. Now, 3 mo later my hairs growing like crazy.

You'll notice much better length if you don't cut it every month (wait a few to get a trim) and most of all no heat!! My hair has grown so much better and healthier since I stopped using heat. Check out my youtube video about my hair care routine (on my profile) for more tips :)

How to grow long hair:
• shampoo at the roots conditioner at the ends
• frizz-ease 1 time a week
• don't brush your hair while it's wet
• no heat tools
• use heat resistant spray
• take your vitamins
• use almond oil once a month
• don't trim
• don't have steaming hot water while washing hair
• use cocoanut oil
• massage your scalp when you wake up and before you go to bed
• drink lots of water
• brush your hair before you go into the shower
•brush your hair bottom to top
• don't twist your hair
Hope this helps!
