It's a poorly done fire ombré. Try one that has a better gradient effect and more toned down color. When it's red and yellow, it reminds me of ketchup and mustard lol. Here's a tutorial: http://youtu.be/5dweDIllEdk.

I think its cute and fiery. Idk if I would take a chance damaging my hair with all that processing though. its certainly not a "everyday" look. I can see you getting tired of the look fast. think about it.
