I think gold winged eyeliner would look really cool. If you still want/need black eyeliner you can still wear that with the gold on top. I like urban decay eyeliner btw.

I love the dress. But I say no to the occasion. Maybe you should try something a bit more flashy. Hollywood is flashy and glamorous... Not too much galaxy and shooting stars. Try a gold dress, something with sequence, or maybe something more flowey, with a complementary smokey eye. But not too bold.
