What colour shall I dye my hair?

When I leave school I'm planning to dye my hair which is not far away I want my hair a pastle blue I'd have to bleach it I know its not everyones cup of tea but its not everyone elses hair. I've had it red and blue before not full on but like tints of it Idk what's its called,but any other suggestions instead of blue? I have really really light brown skin with yellow undertones,dark brown hair and hazel eyes,and is there any hair colour apps you girls know of?

I love pastel hair , it's so in right now, wish my mum would let me dye my hair because I would die it pastel blue or pastel purple;)
