Opinions on Dove deodorants.

What's your opnions on clinical strength deo? An is there a difference between Dove's go sleeveless and the other one that's supposed to lighten your underarms to their natural shade? I can't think of the name of the second one. Wasn't sure what category to put this in.

I use now a dove deodorant and like it because of pleasant smell and moisturizing effect... but I can't say that it has an whitening effect... or my underarmes were light enough :\

I mean in my opinion clinical strength doesn't really work. I honestly deel like the dove sleeveless works the same. I did dance and clinical strength works equally. nothing different to me. I prefer dove sleeveless.

I use the dove sleeveless because of my dark spots under my arms, it helps a little but I'm also sure there's better stuff.

Baking soda helps lighten up the 'dark pits' lol I have the darkness problem cause I shave my armpits pretty much everyday! Lemon juice is great as well for lightening and brightening! Good luck!

So do I Mei. How do you use the baking soda, do you make a paste or something? An what about the lemon do you apply it directly on or dilute it with anything?

I usually use it as a paste with warm water, and the lemon juice you can mix with brown sugar/white sugar and make it sort of an exfoliant for the pits LOL but don't exfoliate after shaving. It will hurt because your skin will be sensitive due to shaving/waxing. (Whatever you prefer..) but do it a day after shaving depending on your sensitivity. Hope it helps! If anything search on YouTube for the baking soda mixes and lemon juice, there are a bunch! Hope it helps <3.

Thanks Mei. I shave but am definitely considering to start going to a salon to get a wax. I tried a nair wax and it was awful. Didn't do a thing at all. Thanks that helps a lot :) I wear a lot of tanktops and strapless in summer so I just hate having dark marks on my underarms.
