Help! My pimple is bleeding but I didn't pop it.

It kinda just popped on its own but I need something to clean it to get rid of it. What should I use.

Soap and water but don't use your hands! Use a cloth so you don't get any oil inside of it from your fingers.

Tea tree oil dabbed on w a q tip and/or neosporin/some sort of wound&burn relief cream and a bandaid will rebuild the skin quickly and prevent scars. :)

Astringent. If it popped on its own it needed to let the pressure out, so make sure all the pus comes out or else it will just rebuild itself until you have a new exploding pimple
