They do NOT shed, beleive me, I have a lot of there brushes. I would also reccomend the elf studio powder brush, its a flat top kabuki that works wonderful with liquid foundation.

If you're looking for a flat foundation brush, try ELF. If you're looking for more of a "buffing" brush, I'll agree with all the Real Techniques comments. However, if you're looking for something even cheaper, ELF also makes one called a "powder brush" in their studio line. It's a dense, flat-top brush that works amazingly well with cream and liquid foundations.

I would suggest saving up and invest in a struggling brush! It won't leave any streaks or lines plus this is your foundation/face! You have to have a good easel to draw on! ;)

Ecotools. I've tried ELF brushes and I'm not a fan. there not as soft, its streaky, and the entire brush tends to fall off after a while.
