Exfoliation ,chemical with aha or manual scrubs ,microdermabrasion ,and using retinol and vitamin c along with spf 30 daily will clear up the spots as well as prevent new ones from forming.

Just look on the back it should say glycolic,lactic,salicylic or citric or a mixture of them all neuotrogena,serious skin care,loreal,all have lines with them an roc makes a good drug store retinol
