You don't need to go to a dermatologist. your regular physician can prescribe a cream or oral medication. just try cleaning your face twice a day followed by lemon juice rinse and apply moisturizer. as well as keeping clean pillowcases. I'm not sure what you may or may not have already tried..

This can be milia if they are small hard white bumps they can last long but they go on their own and dnt try to poke them..exfoliating can help in severe case check a derm..:) hope theyll go soon

Something as simple as wearing bangs can cause that too. do you wear bangs? if so, try keeping your hair off your face and proceed with your normal cleansing routine and see if that helps.
