My favorite liquid liner with a felt tip has to be Maybelline Precise liner, I think that it's a steal for seven dollars. The lines are very precise and it lasts long.

I like the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof liquid liner in Perversion. My favorite drugstore (felt tip) liquid liner right now would have to be the Milani Eye Tech Extreme liquid liner in Blackest Black.

Wet'n'Wild h20 Proof liner has been my go-to liquid liner for many years now. Amazing staying power and awesome price!
I have recently fallen in love with Stila's Stay All Day Waterpoof Liquid Liner. I love intense black liners and this one it jet black. Does not come off without makeup remover. :)

The WnW liner would rub off on my upper eyelid. I can tell because my lids would kind of get "stuck" or it would stick and I could tell when I blink my eyes.
I really love L'Oreal's Waterproof Lineur Intense. I went swimming with them on... got out and showered. Then showered and went back in. Did it a few times... and I got back to my hotel room and my liner was on point! I thought I would've had raccoon eyes by then, but I didn't.

Maybeline Line Stiletto works pretty well but once it starts drying up a little dont even bother, get a new one. Lol it gets all clumpy and its hard to get a decent line, kinda you want to slam your head against the wall repeatedly.

I've been using Maybelline's Master Precise felt-tipped liner and have been pleasantly surprised. It's quite dark and it doesn't irritate my poor eyes.
