I have both and I actually like my cheap rite aid one better because it's smaller and I like the shape better.

I prefer the original beauty blender , I have a Sonia Kashuk one and the original and the original is so soft and blends so smoothly, works really well on my dry skin and makes me look air brushed!

I have a dupe from Walgreens (from Studio Beauty) and I absolutely hate it... It's not soft, it doesn't give the same effect as the original, and it just smears my makeup around... The original is much better and worth the investment... Spend the extra money to get something that is going to make you look flawless. I've found that cheaper products (maybe not necessarily in this same, but overall) don't tend to last as long, so you have to buy them more frequently, making the cost equal (or exceed) what you could have paid for an original.

I bought 2 fakes on eBay for $5 and I love them. They are better than the original to me.

Original. I have tried 10+ dupes and they all crumbled and broke apart in a few months. I have 2 original BB that I alternate with and they have lasted over a year and still counting. With proper washing and usage they really do last. I always say that if you spend money at all buy something that will last and youll love, or youll just be wasting money.

I did a lot of research too, and heard a lot of people say the dupes on eBay work just as well. I ordered one and it was not soft at all and sucked. Maybe I just ordered from the wrong bender, but they all looked the same to me. I ended up finding a 2-pack of the original BeautyBlender on Amazon for a little over $21 and I love it!

I bought a $1 dupe from EBay and it sucked! It was sooooo dense and didn't blend my foundation well at all. Two months later I got my original BB and I finally understood what the craze was about haha. I wanna try some other dupes though!
