OK so that day of the month came, and BOOM all these pimples came out. How to get rid of them? I have them on one cheek, jawline and neck which has never happened.

If you can, get a tanda. I have one and it really helps zap the bacteria without causing dryness. Don't use it on your neck, it can stimulate your thyroid from what I understand.
