How is coconut oil.supposed to be used in the hair and how long do you leave it in? do you put it on dry or wet hair? and how often? also would you recommend using it in on really sensitive skin?

It's all about preference & the condition of your hair. I use it on both wet & dry hair. I typically do it on dry hair & leave it on for a minimum of 30 minutes. atleast twice a week.

I use coconut oil on both my wet and dry hair. I don't usually wash it out. But if you use a large amount it could make your hair look greasy.
