Try an acne body scrub, or if you can find it near you try blue light/ red light therapy! It works wonder.

When I had that problem my doctor told me to use Noxema and it worked for me.

Eat healthy, shower every 2 days and use body scrubs with face clothes and after a few showers it should go away I just got rid of mine :D.

I read that head and shoulders should remove it and switched from garnier fructis and it worked great. Maybe your conditioner leaves buildup that causes it.
