Okay can you sleep with the biore pore strips on your nose? And I have jumbo pores how do I visually reduce the size?

I wouldn't do that, they're designed to be left on for 15-20 minutes. I've heard that using pore strips doesn't get all of it out, only the top half of the sebum in your nose. I would recommend going to get an acne facial which removes blackheads and really deep cleans the skin. A cheaper alternative would be buying a comedone remover, but make sure you watch videos on how to remove blackheads before attempting it yourself so you don't create scars. Only attempt to remove blackheads after a hot shower!

Pore strips actually make your pores bigger overtime unfortunately. There's really no way to make pores smaller but you can wear a pore filling primer like benefit's Porefessional.
