I've heard mixing mustard , cinnamon , and avocado oil helps hair grow? Has anyone ever tried it ,? Or know of any hair masks that could help?c:

Definetly coconut oil. Not washing hair frequently. Eat veggies and fruit. Drink water. Don't use heat. And use organic shampoos.

Coconut oil definitely helps. Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy foods because your outside is a reflection of your inside. Massage your scalp for 5-10 minutes a day to get the blood flowing (an increase in circulation will help hair grow), use a natural shampoo that has no sulfates. Also you wanna make sure the shampoo and conditioner say "clarifying". Trim your hair every three months because if you don't the ends will continue to break and your hair will look shorter if anything. Avoid heat damage and let your hair naturally dry rather than using a blow dryer. Stay away from hair dye. Don't brush it while wet that'll just break it. Try rubbing castor oil on your scalp once a week and washing it out 2 hours later. Really works! Google it :)

I don't think it necessarily makes your hair grow, but it definitely makes it soft, beautiful and shiny! try eating a really healthy diet, look after your hair (use good products, limit heat etc, deep condition once a week) and eventually it will grow :)
