@Dani , I have the Wet N Wild one ( the fergie line ) and like it. Its a little water at first but once you work it in it drys smooth. I like Revlons Photready Primer.

I only apply a small amount of primer on my lids. I never use just the primer alone when it comes to doing my eyeshadow. I always apply a base on top of it.
