Use a good primer to start with (silicon based) this will keep your makeup on and looking flawless for the whole night. Then go with a good foundation that gives you medium to full coverage, sweep on blush on the apples of your cheeks, a matte bronzer the hollows of your cheeks, hairline and temple. then use a highlighter on the tops of your cheek bones and the top of your nose. go for a suttlw smoky eye, nothing to drastic, stick with neautrals. then the top of your eyes with a a good liquid liner, wing it out. line the bottom lash line with a matte brown shawdow. apply 2 coats of a creamy volumizing mascara. For lips go for a classic red:) make sure you exfoliate and apply a light balm first! hope that helps:)

Agree with Emma. Don't make yourself look like you put much effort in. :) That will definitely attract some of his attention. Wear skirt that flatter your body shape with bright colors. Stick with neutral colors for your eyes and wear pinkish lipstick. The kinda lips that make him wanna kiss you like crazy. :) and most imposrtantly look confident. Good luck ;)

On a real note; wear less makeup. I'd suggest to just use concealer to cover up problem areas, set with powder, and do some light eye makeup. A small cat eye and mascara does the trick every time. If you're more of a natural girl, stick to that and wear a sheer lipstick. If you're more bold, use a bolder lip color. Just remember not to edge away from your natural look to make it seem like you're not putting in too much effort. Remember to do your brows (just fill in sparse areas and shape them better).
As for outfit, remind him what he's missing out on. Wear something that's within your comfort zone that also accentuates an asset that he really liked. Or it can accentuate an asset that you're really proud of.
