Is there a way to dye dark hair without bleach?

Honey, lemon, cinnamon are the most natural ways.

I would like to put a color streak in or maybe dip dye?

Oh if your going to dip dye go for the kool aid 👍

Have you tried using coolaid?

Kook-aid won't add colour to dark hair, try the Anastasia hypercolor brow and hair powder, it comes in a bunch of neat colors, it washes out, and doesn't rub off or fade out. Plus it's only $12, and they might even sell it at your local drugstore, Walmart, or target. I know for sure they've got it on the beauty list boutique. Or you could always do hair chalking with chalk pastels, kandy Johnson has a post on one of her blogs where she goes in to detail about how to do it and set it.

If you have never dyed your hair you can lighten it with just color and developer
