There's a great app called iDrated. You put in how much water you've drank and it'll notify you when you're due to have another drink. It really helped me.

I can't even drink 8 glasses a day even with a mixed drink in it. that's crazy. I'm at my dad's shop now and the 7 11 didn't have propel and I couldn't get vitamin water because of the medication I'm on says I can't take vitamins or anything like that =[ so I got a brisk =[

I've had six glasses , it's only 11:44 am! My trick is to drink a cup right when you get up! And if you aren't used to it, just drink it and you will get used to it! I didn't drink any plain water for a long time and one day I decided that it would be beneficial, so I began by drinking four glasses a day, then eight and now in working on twelve!

Keeping a bit jug of water in the fridge reminds me to drink more water. Also bringing a big water bottle to work. It makes your ski more hydrated, and your "pluming" (as my dad calls it) to run smoother, etc. but don't drink too much! Drinking too much water can make you "pluming" run too smoothly...and that's not fun either. Rule of thumb, if yours body's thirsty, drink.

But it depends whether you have acne Katerina P. bc if you have acne bc your skin is too dry and you body's not functioning with enough water then it may help. But in most circumstances you're right, it won't help acne. I think it helps more with the skins glow than acne.

And cold water makes your metabolism slower. So drink room temperature or hot tea.

Like everyone was saying... Drink it in the morning but I also like drinking some before I go to bed. Like About 30 minutes before I go to bed. Also if I'm having a craving for food I drink a cup or two of water. I also have a water cooler so it motivates me to drink more water. I've noticed a difference in my skin on my face since I've been drinking more water. And I agree I have to drink my water cold. Lol. Good luck. ;-)
You'll do great though

Treat yourself to a water bottle you love and bring it with you EVERYWHERE. You'll feel less of a push to buy something. I limit myself to one non-water drink a day, it really helps!

I rarely ever drink juice/soda, but if I do need a little sugar I cut the soda with 2 parts water and one part soda. Works for me because I don't like beverages that are too sweet. Also, you should carry bigger bottles, and drink out of a straw. Bigger bottles tricks your mind and encourages you to drink more. And it has been proven that when drinking out a straw, you take bigger sips. This will also encourage you to get another bottle when you realize yours is suddenly empty. Hope I helped
