I hate drinking water but I'm trying to loose weight and I heard water really helps! So what I do is freeze my water but not so much that break the ice into little pieces and I love the taste of ice better then water!

Only drinking water is great. Juices tend to be sugaryyyy. So no. tea is well to like green tea! Some milk if you do cereals. But water alone is great (I do water and tea /vitamin mixes)

Cold water speeds up your metabolism so yeah I guess it's better :) but for me it's harder to drink because I have to pause in between sips and it makes me bloated :/

Yeah I drink water without even knowing I'm doing it. Wierddddd lol but I love lemon in my water too! It's so good but I just get worried about my teeth.

I read that the acid can erode the enamel on your teeth :/ and I would squeeze a lemon or you can just slice it and put it in your water.

Drink a nice cold glass of water right when you get up and before you sleep. You should also drink it 30 minutes before your next meal, & you should just drink it all the time. but I'm a big hypocrite for saying this because I don't drink a lot of water, but hey that's one reason my skin isn't so clear!

I want to drink water but the problem is, I feel like I have to force myself to drink it. is it ok if I just drink it with sugar free drink mix? because that's what I've been doing the past few days.

I always have a bottle of water with me throughout the day, and I refill about 3-4 times x 500ml, so I drink about 2 litres per day. I used to hate drinking water but now that it's a habit I get really thirsty easily so I keep it up.
