Amanda I get that problem sometimes. But I worked out that you have to go extremely close to the eyelashes. With winged eyeliner you have to point the line up towards the end of your eyebrow. thats what creates a smoother looking line, but also just keep experimenting with your technique as practice makes perfect. Haley with the eyeshadow blending you have to have a really fluffy brush and try going in circular motions to blend. xx
