Don't rub your eyes, get more sleep, rinse your face with cold water, and apply ice. That may help.

Are you using eye creams and applying them appropriately? Make sure you are using the right creams for your age and skin type, make sure you are hydrated! If you've been in the sun a bit lately your skin could be dry, I'm not sure what else might help!
