Try a highly pigmented lipstick...like a very opaque one amd if that doesn't work try to buff your lips and put a bit of concealer over the darker toned lip...hope it works :)

Thanks Bonnie, but I'm looking at something permanent..I'm tired of having two toned lips. My upper lip is pink and the lower one is purple :/

I have NO idea if it will work but I've heard of rubbing lemons on blemishes to fade and bleach scars to maybe it will work for the darker lip? I mean there is no harm in trying but imjust throwing ideas out there.

Thanks Ashley..I'm so new into makeup..I have no idea how to even put on makeup :( I just use a moisturizer, some compact and a kajal...Can you please suggest who I should look up on Youtube for complete make up process...I'd be super grateful..:)

Try using Concealer on your lips to make your lips an even tone first then add lipstick.

Have you ever heard lip tint? My friend told me that if you use lip tint frequently it will change your lip's colour to become pink natural. But I've never tried it before :D maybe you can try it.

I've ever seen it in online shop that usually sell make up but I live in indonesia :D you can try to find it in etude, I think they sell it, but I don't know if it will work or not bcs I've never tried it before but my friend did but I hope it will work, I'm just tryin to help :D.

I would try a good concealer, lip tint won't work as you are dealing with 2 tone skin.
