Lemon Juice shrinks them and decreases the redness and if it's still there will be very easy to cover with your concealer :)

Try washing your face before night, and applying toothpaste. The fluoride in it dries out the pimples, and go to bed with the toothpaste. Give it a few minutes to "dry"-- it never leaves a mark on my pillow! Wash it off in the morning with warm water(:

First of all do NOT pick it you don't want a scab those things are uglier and take longer to heal so when you just have the pimple use toothpaste. I use gel, it works fine for me so whatever you have. Lemon juice also works wonders, and I use lemon juice facials to prevent acne. Also any product with salicylic acid will do the trick.

Wash your face with oatmeal and honey. Or you can use an oatmeal and honey scrub you can get at Sally's for $3.
