Can dry skin cause breakouts?

Oh yes it can! Make sure to moisturize! When your skin is too dry, your brain tells your skin to produce more oils. Then your skin ends up greasier and more dirt gets stuck in your pores! If you moisturize, your brain well tell your skin to produce less oils.
