Try a moisturizer with SPF in it. Bb creams only have about a SPF of 30 so I'd put an SPF powder over it. Physicans formula has a lot of SPF products that are good for the skin I'd check that out

I suggest exfoliating your face to get rid of that damaged layer of skin.
