I recently had a huge breakout... There are tons of little bumps all over my face. I usually only break out in my T Zone... Only a few of these bumps were pimples. What are all these little bumps and how do I get rid of them?

I know exactly what your talkin about! I am not exactly sure what these bumps are but they do go away within a couple of days from my experience. What I did was wash really well, the areas with the bumps, with a good face wash and they went away, tbh I don't know what they are but the thought if an allergic reaction has crossed my mind and might cross yours. Have you used any product or eaten anything new that may have caused them??

Ok thanks! @em
@elaina hmmm I'm not sure, it might've been something from being at the lake all week? Not enough sleep? Those have been things going on recently... I'm not sure but hope they go away(:

That could also be another possible reason. Thanks for considering it though. If you do find our let what they are let me know:) and I'm pretty sure they will. Mine did. I hope I eased your mind tho.

Rub rubbing alcohol on your face after you use your facial cleanser and rub Vaseline or cocoa butter on your face.

Yes some bacteria from the lake might have caused it...Use a good acne face wash having benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Scrub/Acne Wash/Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser/Biore Blemish Fighting Cleanser are good options...Also use a tea tree oil toner or witch hazel on your t zone as it tends to get more oilier than the rest of the face...Lastly use an oil free moisturizer n have lots of water...hope this helps...gud luck :)

Ok rubbing alcohol may be too strong for your face and Vaseline might cause you to have more pimples especially if you have oily skin.

I would suggest benzoyl peroxide

Hydrocortisone cream. Use only for one week as it thins the skin with prolonged use but it clears this type of reaction fast.

You could be having an allergic reaction to the chemicals or perfumes in your products. The best advice would be to see a doctor and get a skin test. Good luck!

Definitely DO NOT use rubbing alcohol (it will dry out your face and cause flakiness), and DO NOT use Vaseline,(it will clog your pores and leave a greasy mess!!)

My thoughts exactly Hope!! Rubbing alcohol and Vaseline is just asking for trouble. Rubbing alcohol will only burn the skin causing your pores to enlarge and Vaseline...oh buddy...don't get me started about that.lol.

Omg please don't put alcohol or vaseline on your face vaseline just puts a physical barrier between your skin an the air an that just starves your skin of oxygen somthing that it really needs an alcohol is a irritant an will just cause inflammation you may just have milralia (HEAT RASH) an it can clear up on its own if does not you should have a doctor or derm look at it.
