Hey everyone,
I need help with doing marble nail art. I keep the water out in room temperature for two hours, I pick different colors from the same manufacturers, and I don't drop the nail polish two high from the water. The first drop always spreads perfectly, then the second just stays in the center and does not spread. I try wiggling the cup around a bit to get it to spread and it never does. Any suggestions?

I think the problem is with your 2nd nail polish. It's probably not "watery" enough.

That makes sense, it might be too thick. does it matter if it is a "dry in 60 seconds" nail polish?

Yes I did and I am following every one of their steps. I think S S. is right about the thickness to my second color.

The 60 second polish is probably drying too fast so it can't spread on the water. Also, using filtered/distilled water makes a big difference.
