few ways to make it better. forget the white. either replace it with beige or just don't put anything. and blend the pink and blue.
otherwise its beutiful and your eyebrows look stunning :)

You said be honest so here it is Hun. I don't think you should have a sparkly up to the eyebrow. I think the white color should be matte and its a personal opinion so yeah other then that blend and it's honestly perfect and I like it :)

You'd have to blend the colors some more. Because the white is so bright on your complexion you should add it just to the arch and down to the tail. Also you want to maybe either use a base or pack on more of the lid color so it can stand out more. Oh and if you can because I see a bit of creasing, try and use an eye shadow primer.

I don't know how to explain it too well but I think that you should bring the pink a lil more up cause it looks like you have a bigger lid but your making it seem smaller with the placement of your colors. I agree with the rest of the girls when it comes to the white highlight. Too harsh in my opinion. Other than that, awesome.
