I would just use a tinted moisturizer, light mascara, and some lipgloss or tinted lip balm. You're young and beautiful you don't want to be wearing a full face just yet (:

I agree with Shauna. You could also try a thin winged eyeliner :)

Yeah! don't try to over do it. I'm 14 and when I was 13, I only wore mascara and little to no eyeliner.

Try looking at youtube for some natural looking makeup tutorials. its a great place to learn how to apply foundation correctly. When I first started using makeup, I had no idea that my foundation was sooo orange and I had a clear line at my jaw from where I forgot to blend it into my neck. lol too funny.

I think you should keep it nice simple and natural.. some lip gloss, clear mascara, and maybelline bouncy blush.
