After you release the curl hold it in your hand while letting it cool off a little. This will help it keep its shape! Hope this helps! :)

Try using hot rollers. They cool down while your hair is still wrapped so when you take the rollers out the curls won't fall. They're amazing to get long lasting curls. Also try L'oreal Elnett Hairspray Or Kenra Hairspray after :)

Curling wands usually work better also a little spritz of hair spray before you curl works too but not too much of it.

Here's a few things that might could help you:
1: Hair is normally easiest to work with the day after it has been washed.
2: Put a medium hold mousse in your hair while its wet. No matter if you use a blow dryer or let it air dry.
3: Get a heat protective spray that is supposed to be used when curling your hair.
4: After you have curled a section, you can either hold it in your hand till it cools off, or you could try pinning them up like pincurls. Hairspray your hair before you let it down.
5: Take small sections at a time.
Hope this helps :?

Curl it, then twist your hair around your finger really fast and hold it and you can get good curls but only really works good on thin hair or small sections at a time , once you've done spray hair spray then grab your hair at the ends and just lift it up and it will make them stay in.X.

Make sure you don't start the curl from the bottom, you start it at the top and go down.
