Does olive oil really help for split ends? if so, how should apply it? and how long does it take to show progress?

Put your oil in a microwaveable bowl and heat it till its hot:) dip the ends of your hair in and then clip in up in a bag and wait an hour:) at home hot oill tratment. then after that you rince and style:) youll see the differince after a couple attempts:). do this everyother week.
