I used it I didnt lik the smell and the texture it gave my hair I reccomend honey I'm srong (herbal essence) or main and tail condition I know its wierd but it works.

Honestly my boyfriend uses it but mainly because it smells good. :) So while it may not make your hair stronger, it will smell nice.
