Kiran, I used that. And the tasted stated on everything I touched, like my water bottle ect so it was awful. And that's how I stopped.

I do that to, but it helps a little when I have done my nails, because I want them to stay beautiful.

I just kept cutting mine short so I couldnt bite until I lost the desire to chew on tgem it took me 4 months long I know but I've kicked the habit forever.

Honestly, I used to bite mine so bad they'd bleed. Just recently I've somehow had the willpower to stop and my nails have never been longer. In fact, they are so long, they have been breaking recently considering they are not used to being so long. :/ I just realized I wanted to stop because I was never able to paint my nails all pretty and so I just somehow stopped this summer.

Get acrylics done! Then you nails grow and they look so pretty that you don't wanna bite them! Soon as you get them a nice length, paint them a bright colour so you know not to bite them as they'll look good! I did that and I'm so happy with my nails now! And I stopped biting them about 6 weeks ago :) they've grown loads and this is them filed down!

I found that getting mine done in the salon and getting a gel or acrylic manicure really helped, if that's not your thing then there are always products you can get which make your nails taste horrible every time you put them in your mouth. Available from a lot of drug stores and chemists😊
