I got white kohl from rimmel becasue I heard it makes your eyes look bigger and makes you look less sleepy. I applied it in my water line but I look like a ghost. lol :p.

Do you hav any other eye make up on? you could also get a nude color which would also hav the same outcome.

Try using a cream color liner instead of white. Try out Nyx's Wonder Pencil, you can find it at Ulta :)

Underneath the water line use a black liner. Using a white line and nothing more does look a little funny.

If you're quite pale then a nude coloured one is sometimes better. More natural looking.
