From this angle it looks well blended and cute, however the eyeliner could be shortened slightly and try to do more of a flick instead of it being just a line, try to do wing eyeliner...in fact, look up michelle phan perfect eyeliner on Youtube and it will really help you if thats the thing you're struggling on, however the technique you use for your eyeshadow is pretty much on point! x good job hun, you should be happy with your design x
