Ok so i've had quite a few clients who have come to me without having there eyebrows waxed and groomed and they are everywhere & i believe the eyebrow is a huge impact on the end result. Do i pluck them for them or is there a way i can hide unwanted hairs or groom them so they look polished .Also ive had an issue with women and facial hair such as lip and chin. How do i approach the situation of asking them to remove it before they come next time??? ALL help will be appreciated thanks!

You can pluck them and if you feel like it charge them a little extra for that time, but it's always best to make sure your client removes the hair prior to having services, especially if you're doing a bridal package! Hope it helps -Nikki x

i would pluck a few if i were you. i dont think they would mind. as for the other facial hair, just come out & say it, without being rude. theres really no certain way to suggust it, so just do it in a nice way!

Tweezing the brows and always having tweezers on hand comes with the territory of being a makeup artist. Unfortunately there are going to be times when tweezing probably isn't going to be enough, but touching up the brows is part of the job. It's part of YOUR canvas. I'm not saying to go all out and tweeze everything, just make it look more presentable. And add this charge into the total cost of the service you are providing depending on how much extra time and work you have to put in. As for facial hair, it is hard to work and feel 100% about your finished look if you feel like upper lip hair or chin hair is distracting. You can tweeze some of the hair away (ONLY WHAT IS TOTALLY OBVIOUS..NOT EVERYTHING) by pulling the skin very taut and manipulating the tweezers on the surface of the skin in a back and forth motion very quickly. This makes it less painful, a lot faster, and it helps to make things look a little cleaner with minimal redness. I'm assuming you're referring to darker hairs on the face. Unfortunately most women don't like removing facial hair if it is more considered to be peach fuzz, which as makeup artists we consider to be just as bad if not worse than darker hairs. Approach the situation with caution to but in a very professional manner, being sure to sound non judgmental and more of in a helping way and your clients won't be offended at all. :)
