I got this sweater from Hollister for $5 on clearance. I'm going to wear it to school so what should I wear with it. I am almost completely flat chested and about 5' 3" I'm 13.

If you're flat chested I recommend a bustier tank top. Here in canada aritzia sells amazing ones, but its only in canada :( I attatched a photo so you know what to look for

If the weather is cold, a white vneck, a neutral chunky scarf, jeans and boots or mocassins.
if the weather is a bit warm, a loose neutral top with shorts (high waisted or mid) and cute sandals.
