I have long dark brown hair and I love it but I really want to try a new hairstyle like this. But I'm afraid if I don't like it won't be the same hair as I have now when I grow it out. Sorry I don't have a pic of myself. What should I do?

I think you should stay with your hair how it is.if you go for somthing completely opposite it might look and feel weird.

With the hair style in the first picture if you decide you don't like it will be somewhat difficult to "fix" it because of the healthier short layers towards the side and crown of the head. If you were to try and make it all one length after trying the hairstyle you May have to end up saying goodbye to the length and going with a bob.
