Any good Lip plumpers?

I need any recommendations for lip plumpers. This is a pic of my lips, just for reference. My lips seem uneven, the bottom being bigger than the other and I was hoping a lip plumper applied on the top would even them out and make them pouty, like Megan Fox or Angeline Jolie. Or even Rosie Huntington Whitely. Or I could just get injections, but I'd rather not go that far into it.

Buxom lip gloss has a special plumping formula- it can be purchased at Sephora
The only problem is I you're just going to apply it to your top lip it's lip gloss so... Maybe buxom on top and a not plumping similar shade lip gloss on the bottom? By the way your lips look pretty even to me :p
