Olive is a yellow/green undertone. Not the actual shade of skin. That means you can be fair and olive, medium and olive, dark and olive, or somewhere in between! Medium refers to the actual tone of skin.
So skin tone wise, I would consider you to be medium. Since there is no obvious hints of green, you would simply be warm/yellow undertone.
