I thought perhaps you wanted to brighten it or were dealing with hyper pigmentation. Hmmm Are you attempting to get a gothlike or retro pin up pale with cosmetics?

Thankyou for all the suggestions! I'm not trying to go goth or pale white. I'm Asian and in Asia fairer skin is considered beautiful.
