After you get out of the shower put a bit of coconut oil in your hair. not too much or else your hair will be really oily.

Sarah can I also put heat on my hair while having coconut oil on mu hair?

What I do with coconut oil is half an hour before I take a shower I apply to my whole head but mostly the ends then a put it in a hair cap or tie a plastic bag and blow dry with heat so the follicles open and absorb it well then I take a cool shower.

Run an unused dryer sheet through your hair before you head out the door and pop the sheet in your bag. the wax from the sheet help relax the frizz without weighing it down. if you feel like your hair is getting frizzy again, just run it through again (I don't usually need a reapplication but the weather and hair type decide it) smells so clean too!

Wendy G. yeah ofc you can use coconut oil while using heat. coconut oil is a heat protectant. any oil is better than a spray heat protectant cause it takes longer for the oil to burn. so much better for your hair.

I always put anti frizz cream in my hair. And damp it brush it and put the hair dryer on your hair. This always works and if you do not have the cream just damp and dry it it works the same as well..
