I gave birth to my baby girl six months ago and since then, my hair has been thinning/shedding like crazy! I'm forced to wear my hair up A LOT (more than I'd like to) because I'm constantly shedding and hate having to vacuum every day in order for hair not to be everywhere. Do you ladies have any suggestions that can ease the shedding, or at least a few coping mechanisms because its quite frustrating pulling handfuls of hair out just when I put my hair up.

What your going through is postpartum alopecia. Which means after birth you lose hair. It's every common but since you have been losing hair I do recommend you go see a doctor. And congratulations on your baby girl :)
