Try an Avacado. Mash it up and then put it on your hair And leave it for a while!! It is an amazing conditioner and leaves your hair feeling a lot more nutritious!xo.

You can make a hair mask out of coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, vitamin E oil, and honey. Biotin will also help with the process.

NEVER apply heat to your hair use shampoo like herbal essence and try different hair masks.
