Its never been unique its been around for years nothing is untouchable nothing is new it just recycles and hits that mark of popularity again and does get stretched out to the max to the point were every other person looks like a clone lol Its the same thing with makeup how many are obsessed with looking like Kim Kardashian then contour is in again all of a sudden again every one looks like sharp cut Lego characters with bad highlight too. :-)

I don't think it's overdone in everyday life. I see mostly blonds and brunettes. On beauty blogs and apps, maybe. But it is refreshing and seems to lead to other daring colors and cuts.

I just dyed my hair red from black because I didn't want brown so it was Pretty much my only other option. I think ombré is overdone more than red

I've always been visually attracted to red, my hair is a red auburn now. I used to have an ombré and that's the trend that I feel like has been overdone. I wanted something different so I went back to red lol.

I agree with ya Jennifer D 110%!! It was hot during the early '90's when I was in highschool and its hot again today. Trends have a way of re-introducing themselves again and again. I love it.

I don't care for that bright fire truck red that seems to be really popular now. That color looks flattering on maaaaaybe three people on Earth; on the rest it just makes them look sickly. Whatever floats your boat though.
